About the job

As a member of the management team, the Chief Enabler is responsible for executing the vision and strategy of how & why we deliver our services and solutions to clients. You will translate the vision on our delivery approach set by our Chief Productisation Officer (CPO) into practical tactics, ensuring clarity and adaptation. In close collaboration with the management team the Chief Enabler will define the pace of the changes, bring structure and discipline to execution while fostering engagement, ownership, and excellence across the teams.

About you

  • We look for someone who brings experience in translating vision and strategy into tangible actions, milestones and processes.

  • You drive energy, clarity and consistency in delivery, balancing ambition with pragmatism and implementing efficient support systems & best practices to free our multidisciplinary Delivery Teams from unnecessary burdens.

  • You have experience in monitoring project progress, resolving bottlenecks to keep delivery on track and leading supporting functions such as procurement, ICT, admin, etc.

  • While safeguarding a Value Driven Design Mindset during the integration of design, technology and service quality, you will ensure a high-quality delivery that makes clients happy within agreed time and budget.

  • You are the spider in the web with a lot of stakeholders and love this multi-facet collaboration: working closely with the management team to align execution with strategy, collaborating with the commercial team to ensure accurate project scoping and timelines and building strong ties with clients, partners, and suppliers, ensuring smooth collaboration and sustainable relationships.

  • You lead, motivate and foster a culture of feedback, ownership, and continuous improvement, inviting the teams to consistently perform at their best.

  • Together with HR you will nurture a growth environment and initiate coaching, feedback, tailored learning plans, cross-team learning and knowledge sharing to develop individuals and teams.

  • Based on the identifications of skill gaps, you will build talent pipelines, identify recruitment needs, contribute to attracting top talent and ensure effective onboarding/offboarding.
