Product Engineer

The Role

You take engineering challenges from brief to production-ready concept,  whether that means designing a mechanism, selecting a sensor, or writing the code that ties a system together. At Voxdale, a Product Engineer doesn't specialize in a discipline and stop there. You bring a foundation in your field and the drive to do whatever it takes to get the product over the line.

What You'll Do

• Identify and resolve the engineering challenges that stand between a concept and a product that can be manufactured and used

• Contribute to design quality across the full development journey, from early architecture through detailed engineering and DFM

• Make the right engineering call at the right moment in the project, knowing when to explore broadly and when to commit and lock down

• Collaborate with product designers, product navigators, and external partners to deliver products that are both functional and manufacturable

What You Bring

Required:

• A solid foundation in at least one engineering discipline, mechanical, electrical, or software

• The drive to see a product through to market, not just to a finished drawing or prototype

• Ability to make sound engineering decisions with incomplete information and real constraints

Nice to have:

• Cross-discipline experience or genuine curiosity beyond your primary field

• Exposure to hardware development in regulated or complex market sectors

Mindset:

• Eagerness to learn new tools and approaches

• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities

• You'll be part of a close-knit team that stays in sync on what's happening and where things are headed.
